Why you’re so self-aware but still feel stuck…
A part of you knows what you need to do, but another part of you resists, leaving you in a state of freeze and disconnection.
You feel capable one day but incapable the next, going from one extreme to the other, never experiencing stability.
You feel like some days you have the willpower to execute the goals you set for yourself, but other days, you find yourself struggling to find the energy to get out of bed.
The lack of consistency makes you overwhelmed.
You feel that you know better but still can’t do better, leading to shame, guilt, frustration, and hopelessness.
You begin operating from a place of shameful awareness, where you keep hating yourself into change and making decisions from desperation rather than inspiration that you know flows within you.
You try to push through the exhaustion, lack of creativity, connection, and love, believing that this effort will lead you toward what you truly desire.
But instead, you only become more disconnected from your true self and purpose.
The key is to switch from shameful awareness to loving awareness.
It is only when you feel safe, loved, and truly seen and heard that you can begin to move toward what it is that you want with ease and confidence.
When you learn to somatically, not intellectually, create safety in your body, your body can learn to remain rooted in the present moment, not the pain of the past or worries of the future.
This grounded presence allows you to show up authentically and securely.
But this safety, love, and validation cannot come from external sources; it must come from within.
It is the reliance on external safety that keeps you in the same loops because you’re relying on something outside of you — something that is never promised and is constantly fluctuating — for the motivation, safety, and security you seek.
True transformation starts from within, when you learn to cultivate inner safety and self-love.self love
When you learn to give yourself the love and acceptance you seek, you can break free from living from a place of freeze, and start living from a place of ease and inspiration.
You deserve to feel safe, loved, and seen — by YOU.
If this resonates with you, I created a guide to help you break free from freeze, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the loving awareness inside of you.

Right before my mom died 2 years ago I was the healthiest and happiest I’ve ever been. After her death and several subsequent losses I do find myself in this place and my old tools now ineffective. I appreciate this post and the guidebook you’ve offered. I’m ready! 🤍 Thank you.
